The house is located between two worlds: civilization and nature. Its location, close to the capital with a panoramic view through the windows to the river, combines the conveniences of the city with the beauty of the natural world.

 

This contrast is evident in the facades of the building: from the street side, the facades have a moderate and closed expression to provide privacy and isolate the house from street noises. From the courtyard, otherwise, the building has a more extraverted character: glass windows and terraces that open panoramas up to the river and greenery.

 

As the complex was designed to accommodate two families, the goal was to create two equivalent but unique apartments. The composition of three different volumes - two duplex apartments and a smaller volume with auxiliary spaces in between, topped with a flat roof - creates a harmonious composition and provides maximum privacy and comfort for the residents.
