Sunrise Valley Science and Technology Park  is a scientific research center and business incubator with high-tech laboratories. It was important to create an environment conducive to optimal productivity while ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience throughout the workday.

The interior design incorporates austere lines and a moderate color palette, fostering a professional yet inviting atmosphere. The strategic use of darker colors is intended to mitigate eye fatigue, while the incorporation of warm wood textures and touches of greenery imparts a sense of tranquility and cosiness to the workspace. The overall minimalism of the interior providing Tech Park employees with an uncluttered environment that maitains sustained focus on their tasks without unnecessary visual or psychological distractions.
